We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager Academy and People Development.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of training curriculum for all Distribution staff according to Distribution People Development and Training strategy
  • Support Global training programs in line with Distribution business strategy to enable our staff to equip with the appropriate level of skills and knowledge required
  • Define frontline leaders and staff competency levels and training requirements of branch network as well as determine reinforcement strategies
  • Provide train-the-trainer/ coaching for performance & development solutions to all people managers to ensure quality of local in-branch training activities for uplifting overall staff performance
  • Develop and deploy relevant learning strategies for supporting external competitions, such as HKCCA and HKIB
  • Plan, develop and implement initiatives on digital service to ensure Distribution staff are equipped with sufficient knowledge with ever-changing technologies
  • Develop and deliver CPD program for all licensed staff in Distribution
Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree Qualification, I&I licensed holder
  • Experience in performance coaching and teaching over 2 years
  • Good understanding of Distribution dynamics e.g. Insurance and investment products, performance management, operation rhythm and regulatory requirements
  • Good performance management skills and experience in management role preferably within both a branch network environment and contact center
  • Good effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and take the initiative to work independently
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
