We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Fraud Management Manager.


Principal responsibilities

  • Assist to design and drive the implementation of effective fraud mitigation strategies 
  • Act as SME for cross line of businesses in assessing fraud risk exposure on new initiatives and providing fraud management advices
  • Coordinate governance meetings and prepare management information to support management oversight
  • Support local deployment of regional projects and fraud systems
  • Assist to manage merchant fraud risk as an acquiring bank
  • Collaborate with business teams, fraud analytics and fraud operations teams to ensure thorough consideration of fraud risk implications and mitigation in the delivery of banking products and services
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Risk Management or other relevant qualification
  • Solid experience and knowledge in managing fraud risk gained in financial industry  
  • Knowledge in merchant fraud risk management would be an advantage 
  • Sound business acumen, able to make judgment with strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
