We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Fraud Management Manager.
Principal responsibilities
- Assist to design and drive the implementation of effective fraud mitigation strategies
- Act as SME for cross line of businesses in assessing fraud risk exposure on new initiatives and providing fraud management advices
- Coordinate governance meetings and prepare management information to support management oversight
- Support local deployment of regional projects and fraud systems
- Assist to manage merchant fraud risk as an acquiring bank
- Collaborate with business teams, fraud analytics and fraud operations teams to ensure thorough consideration of fraud risk implications and mitigation in the delivery of banking products and services
- University degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Risk Management or other relevant qualification
- Solid experience and knowledge in managing fraud risk gained in financial industry
- Knowledge in merchant fraud risk management would be an advantage
- Sound business acumen, able to make judgment with strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
