We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department Assistant Card and Loans Team Manager, Card and Loans Telesales Section
Principal responsibilities
- Lead a team to achieve sales target by performing telemarketing activities in promoting unsecured loan products (card, personal loan, etc.) and deliver excellent services to customers
- Handle customer’s complaints in an efficient and professional manner
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure smooth launch of promotional campaigns, application process, migration and system enhancement projects
- Provide coaching to subordinates to enhance their sales techniques, product knowledge and service quality
- Keep abreast of the changes in the latest regulatory requirements, internal guidelines and policies
- Bachelor Degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of banking products and call centre business
- Willing to work shift hours
- Strong sales and customer service orientation, with ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of application software
