We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Technology Third Patry Risk Administration and Business_Project Manager.
In this role, you will:
Administration jobs may be located in a variety of Risk Management support, they may be located in projects or specialist teams as well as in established BAU teams. It is intended that these will be carrying out specialist work where the role holder is expected to have low level expertise in the field, but will not be required to be a specialist in the field or be a subject matter expert.The job may support a team or a single person.
Principal responsibilities
Administrationand and business support will carry out tasks such as:
- Document management - disseminating information, drafting presentations, file and document management
- Data processing - data entry, basic data analysis
- Record administration – maintaining records, information resources and data sources
- Co-ordination - co-ordinating activities, arranging resources, meetings, services and supplies
- Research - carrying out non-specialist research
- Control - gatekeeper or primary point of contact roles for an area
- Assisting with the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of Technology Third Party Risk Management area aims
- Support in business planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planning
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Excellent Excel skills, Data processing - data entry, basic data analysis
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Qlik view and other reporting systems
- Knowledge of Apptio preferred
- Demonstrated presentation skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
