HSBC Life offers a comprehensive range of insurance solutions to our customers covering protection, retirement, children’s education, wealth growth and management, and legacy planning.

 

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

 

In this role, you will:

 

In your role as a Field Manager you will lead a team of 10-15 Private Wealth Planners and provide dedicated coaching and development support.  You will leverage the HSBC ecosystem of warm leads and holistic training program to realize the full potential of your team members. Principal responsibilities

 
•Co-ordinate the Private Wealth Planners to deliver on agreed customer and sales strategies
•Focused on developing the sales team through delivery of sales coaching, sales skills seminars and product/proposition knowledge engagements
•Build and maintain a customer-oriented team culture, through e.g. attending key customer

meetings with the planners to role-model quality sales delivery and best in class customer relationship management practices
•Strong activity and performance management expectation for the mobile planner team; identify and address performance gaps and provide performance updates to top management
•Help planners to identify and capture investment & insurance (I&I) business opportunities leveraging financial planning methodology to ensure fair outcomes for all types of customers
•Delivering against teams' demanding performance expectations across customer engagement, financial planning and new business KPIs
•Build and maintain a positive team culture, through ensuring quality business referrals and referral skills among team members and broader organization
•Ensure self and team activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and meets HSBC standards and procedures

◦为私人财富规划师团队提供强有力的活动和绩效管理预期规划;识别及解决绩效差距,并向高级管理层及时更新绩效信息
◦帮助私人财富规划师识别和抓住投资/保险等商业机会,运用财富规划的方法确保为所有类型的客户提供公平的理财结果
◦在客户参与、财务规划及新业务关键绩效指标方面,达到团队要求的绩效预期
◦通过在团队成员及更广泛的组织中确保高质量的业务推荐和推荐技能,打造并维护积极的团队文化
◦确保自身和团队的行为符合相关法律和监管的要求及符合汇丰的标准和流程

要求

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

 

•University education (BA or higher)
•Minimum 5-8 years sales, people and relationship management experience in financial services within a high quality team
•Strong coaching skills and business acumen
•Proved to deliver and drive outstanding customer experience (ideally a financial planning experience) and building lasting customer relationships
•Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively and independently
•Possess the ability to apply entrepreneurial and commercial thinking to deliver team's business performance
•Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and basic knowledge of English
