We are currently seeking a high caliber candidate to join our team as Assistant Digital Content Management Manager.
Principle Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy web content in a timely and accurate manner with proper execution of control and release procedures
- Coordinate with business users and IT development team to ensure dynamic update & releases on Bank's websites and mobile applications
- Serve as the digital subject matter expert of all digital and marketing programs
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors on project planning and execution
Requirements
- University graduate in Web Design, Computer Science & Information Technology or relevant discipline
- 1 to 3 years of experience in web content management
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
- Good understanding of key trends and areas of innovation which influence the way we interact and engage with our external customers, internal stakeholders and audiences
- Ability to bring divergent ideas to create new and innovative solutions
- Strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment
- Strong self-motivation with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
