Investment Services - Sales Development Department
 

Hang Seng's Investment Services business offers a full spectrum of investment products and services to both private and corporate investors. Our customers can invest in over 400 investment funds managed by reputable international fund houses. The funds cover different asset classes, including global equities, bonds, money markets and foreign exchange markets. We also provide asset management services for retirement schemes, institutional investors and charitable organisations.
 

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Sales Development Manager.


Principal Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to constantly review and revamp the end-to-end investment sales process so as to improve sales service quality and operational efficiency through effective planning, active progress monitoring and post-implementation review
  • Maintain close collaboration with internal stakeholders and branch channels to ensure smooth launch of streamlining initiatives and journey enhancements with reference to day-to-day channel escalations and customer feedbacks 
  • Drive different stakeholders to engage in different work groups for the revamp of the end to end sales journey for the implementation of regulatory and Group’s requirement and to achieve the strategic business goals
  • Drive initiatives to deepen engagement with frontline staff for higher work efficiency
  • Adhere to all relevant processes and procedures of the Group compliancy policy and internal controls
Requirements
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline 
  • Around 8 years of relevant experience in the Sales Process and Planning, preferably with exposure to the banking and investment industry
  • Details oriented with creative mindset, self-motivated with positive attitude to work independently
  • Strong business acumen and marketing sense, with good communication, analytical and project management skills as well as sound knowledge of application software
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
