We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Insurance Distribution Support Specialist.

 

Principal Responsibilities

 

  • Support insurance sales via WPB branch channel while upkeep sales quality standard
  • Provide distribution support, conduct sales quality review, provide professional opinion and assist Manager to implement sales reinforcement initiatives
  • Ensure the enforcement of sales compliance fulfillment and support regular & ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • Manage in improving and maintaining high sales quality of Insurance products
  • Contribute to the success of insurance business growth and full sales compliance to internal and/or regulatory requirements
  • Uphold all categories of QA results above the threshold
Requirements

Requirements

  • University degree in relevant discipline
  • Solid experience in the insurance industry, preferably in distribution support
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent partner relationship building skills
  • conversant in PC skills (especially Excel), sales experience in retail banking and bank assurance is preferred.

 

To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Hong Kong is required.
