Principal responsibilities
- There is good amount of business demand to IT, with great opportunities to use test automation (but not limited) to improve test efficiency and better quality improvement.
- Our system covers/connects different platforms, good opportunity for this role to explore the career experience.
- We are working with business in different global markets, good global exposure.
- Test automation designer and executor for Collections related projects and activities.
- Adhere to the best practices for the team’s test automation framework, scripts and execution.
- Work as part of the testing team to deliver quality assurance to projects, ensure project quality standard is met.
- Enable test efficiency by automation.
- Work closely with development teams and business to enable delivery transparency and no communication gap.
- Analyze business requirements, scope, implement testing deliverables
- A minimum of 3 years' IT software testing experience. A minimum of 2 years' IT software test automation experience.
- Familiar with using popular testing tools, e.g. Selenium, TOSCA, xFramework, CA DevTest, CA TDM, TestNG, Rest Assure, etc.
- Familiar with using popular programming language, e.g. Java, Python.
- Capable to analyze business requirement, design & execute test cases, create & execute automation scripts.
- Well understand software development and testing process, quality standard of testing deliveries and testing techniques knowledge. Experience in Waterfall and Agile projects.
- Capable to apply test automation in CI/CD pipeline.
- Strong sense of ownership to the test automation value. Capable to spot out test efficiency improvement areas, and implement the improvement.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills, able to work independently, proactively and under pressure against different demand and target.
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
- Enthusiastic and strong sense of commitment
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' IT software testing experience. A minimum of 2 years' IT software test automation experience.
- Certified in ISEB by ISTQB, or any other software testing certificate.
- Experience in Collections or banking domain knowledge would be preferred
- Experience in test automation in GUI, API, stub/ service virtualization (but not limited) is good to have
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
