Wealth and Personal Banking
We are currently seeking a high caliber leader to join WPB Senior Management Team as Head of Digital Banking, reporting to the Head of WPB.
Principal responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement the Bank’s digital strategy to optimize the resources and capacity to meet the upcoming business challenges in respect of sales and revenue.
- Mobilize the Bank’s resources to implement the digital strategy across Wealth and Personal Banking, Private Banking and Commercial Banking to leverage available resources.
- Explore new initiatives to improve customer journey through effective and efficient Digital Banking services in changing market environment; develop and implement guidelines for operation control and prevention of fraud and maintain customer-centric servicing channels.
- Set standards and metrics and the functional support required from critical areas such as sales distribution, Finance and IT to deliver the digital banking strategy.
- Formulate service propositions, business and marketing strategies for Digital Banking with customer centric solutions to acquire, activate and retain digital-savvy customers.
- Collaborate across respective business stakeholders to develop local business requirements for digital projects and define the multi-channel plan to enhance customer experience and loyalty
- Serve as the public face and spokesperson of Digital Banking in appropriate external events including social media.
- Considerable and proven experience in managing customers in retail banking channels and networks in areas of strategy, project management, stakeholder management, platform development, vendor and business management
- In-depth knowledge of digital technologies and market developments, as well as strong network in the digital channel industry
- Highly effective project management skills, ability to navigate complexities, negotiate and deliver with strong results focus.
- Strong team leadership to engage and align team effort; empower and coach team performance.
- Sound judgment and decision making skills with strong understanding of sales, operations and servicing models
- Growth mindset with passion to champion change and promote innovation.
- Aptitude to drive future focused strategy with the ability to provide strategic outlook
- University graduate with solid digital technology background and equivalent experience
