Hang Seng Investment Management Limited (HSVM), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hang Seng Bank, is one of the largest HK based fund managers in terms of asset under management and ETF leader in Hong Kong market.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join us as Vice President, Operations Oversight and Transformation.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Connect with various business and operating functions under Hang Seng Investment Management Limited (HSVM) and Investment Products and Advisory Business Department (IVP) of Hang Seng Bank to deliver projects and transformation program to achieve business objectives and results.
  • Connect with different departments of Hang Seng Bank, HSVM and IVP for Group Risk Projects and Regulatory Projects.
  • Work with business functions under HSVM in executing business strategies across different areas such as brand building, marketing, product strategy and development
  • Initiate  and  drive  process  changes  to  streamline  and  strengthen  control  on  asset  management operations and controls
  • Connect with different stakeholders to strengthen corporate governance for HSVM
  • Prepare  presentation  materials  and  minutes  for  management  to  be  used  in  regular  meetings, leadership events, off-site meetings, etc.
  • Drive governance and communications with stakeholders to ensure logistics and activities are aligned with business objectives
Requirements
  • University Graduate in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines 
  • Minimum 8 years  of  experience  in  project  management  or  related  areas  is  required.  Relevant knowledge   and   experience   on   system   and   product   implementation.   Experience   on   corporate governance is preferred. 
  • Knowledge of investment products such as investment funds, structured products is required
  • Good project management skill
  • Ability to work under pressure, detail-oriented with strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Good team-player with strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Discipline in planning time management and organization skills
  • Proven reading and writing skills
  • Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin
