AMG Client Business CoE plays a very important role in servicing our growing business across Institutional and Wholesale clients. Striving towards achieving client centricity across all stages of a client life cycle.

 

 The Opportunity: (Brief Overview of the Role)

The role holder will be joining a team who are responsible for the business support of all the tools (especially MS Dynamics CRM solution), used by the Client Business to sell, manage and service AMG’s clients.

 

What you’ll do: (List out Key Responsibilities)

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following –

Train and support new and existing users on the business processes that the different Client Business tools support, how the tools support these and how to use the tools.

Monitor the quality and completeness of the data being captured, re-train users where required and raise feature requests to improve the data quality.

Support users who have queries on how to perform certain actions in the tools.

Support users in interpreting information in the different tools/reports/dashboards.

Support users with data update requests that they are not able to perform themselves.

Capture system defects raised by users and raise with the development team to resolve, track resolution and advise users when resolved.

Capture new user feature requests and raise with the development team.

Perform/support monthly support tasks e.g. User Recertification, etc.

Update the sales tools Help and support sites with information for users to self-serve.

Raise requests for users to access the different sales tools, setup their access within the tools where applicable, and monitor the successful completion.

Said individual will play an active role in building up new processes and suggesting improvements and enhancements to existing ones

This role requires the incumbent to execute selected business critical processes with consistent coordination with onshore counterpart and with customer management teams across multiple countries.

Interaction with other asset class team members in Bangalore to understand activities being performed currently and suggesting and implementing enhancements that will help save time and/or add value to the process

Requirements

What you will need to succeed in the role: (Minimum Qualification and Skills Required)

Good customer service in supporting users of Client Relationship Management, Email Marketing, Messaging and Reporting systems.

Comfortable being able to manipulate large data sets and updating the data into the systems supported.

An understanding of the asset management business would be ideal. Specifically; the business processes within Sales, Client Management/Service and Marketing; and Institutional and Wholesale Client data.

Experience in Agile delivery and working with Jira and Confluence

Ability to support decisions with sound reasoning. Ability to clearly articulate business and regulatory implications of analysis and findings.

Self-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively within a team to problem solve and who can influence and motivate people around them.

Proactive, positive attitude, flexible, ability to multi-task, and work under pressure to meet time-sensitive deadlines.

Excellent written, verbal & presentation (including advanced PowerPoint) communication skills.

Stakeholder management is a critical attribute, the ability to work as a team player is must.

Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to succeed within a matrix management structure and build and maintain global team relationships.

 

What additional skills will be good to have? (List out good to have skills and certifications)

Minimum 3+ years supporting users using business tools

Proven experience in using CRM tools, e.g. Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce; Email Marketing tools, e.g. Stoneshot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua; Business Intelligence tools e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Big Query, SQL, Python; and Messaging tools, e.g. Symphony, Microsoft Teams

Advanced level of Microsoft Excel

Experience in Asset Management or Financial Services

Experience or ability to adopt remote working model

Proven ability to prioritize workload effectively in line with business priorities

Willingness to own work and problems and see through to completion and use own initiative to resolve issues

Evidence of delivery in a similar role within a global organization would be an added advantage

Qualification - Post Graduation / IT degree and/or qualification from a reputed institute

Industry certifications preferred
