We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assurance_Control Tester_Assistant Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • Demonstrable knowledge in  operational risk management, internal control, or internal audit preferably within a banking  and / or IT Function.
  • Responsible for the timely delivery of control assurance in line with the quarterly and annual assurance plans and being transparent and accurate in the completion of testing deliverables, as will be reported to Senior Management
  • Applying judgment in relation to the identification and publication of control assurance findings through identifying the key risks and issues
  • Establishing effective working relationship within the Global and Regional testing teams covering multiple time-zone.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proven project / process management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to a wide range of individuals and groups and at different levels of seniority and externally to the Bank.
  • Self-starter and effective collaborator.
  • Innovative and able to assess needs and propose solutions. 
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct management authority.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline with strong academic background
  • Demonstrable knowledge in technology control assurance and risk management, internal control, or internal audit preferably within a financial / banking services operations environment
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Control Assurance in Financial Service industry / Process assessment experience.
  • Experience in executing/assessing SOC-1, SOC-2 and/or SOX audit engagements.
  • IT Risk qualification (CRISC, CISM, CISA, CISSP or equivalent)
