Wealth and Personal Banking – Chief Administration Office


Hang Seng’s Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) Chief Administration Office is a team of experienced banking professionals who strives for delivering time-to-market and efficient support and monitoring to support business growth.

Chief Administration Office is dedicated to implement, monitor and track business performance, prepare management information and reporting of WPB businesses for top management and coordinate project implementation in accordance to the bank’s strategies.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Business Support Manager.
 

Principal responsibilities

  • Carry out Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), and HK Insurance Authorities (HKIA) license administration activities for business units, activities include document checking, competence assessment, license registration, deregistration, change of particulars, etc.
  • Act as a gatekeeper or primary point of contact roles for license administration works
  • Be a subject matter expert in license administration field
  • Assisting with the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of business aims
Requirements
  • University graduates in related discipline
  • Less academically qualified candidates with relevant working experience will also be considered
  • Minimum of 1-year work experience preferably in the banking industry, with good knowledge of business management and operations management
  • Strong self-motivation, excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills, plus ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
